September License Plate Report

If the new map looks a lot like the old map, it’s because it is. No new sightings in September.

About Susanna J. Sturgis

Susanna edits for a living and writes to survive. Having been preoccupied with electoral politics since 2016, she is now getting back to writing -- and she's got plenty to write about. Her blog "The T-Shirt Chronicles," started at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, is a meandering memoir based on her out-of-control T-shirt collection. Her other blogs include "From the Seasonally Occupied Territories," about being a year-round resident of Martha's Vineyard, and "Write Through It," about writing, editing, and how to keep going.

We just left the island and I stumbled across your blog. I know I’m like every other tourist who comes and goes but I love learning more about every day life there. Thanks!

    • Thanks for stopping by! I’ve been really, really lax the last few months, but want to get back into more regular blogging. I’m also about to launch a new blog, basically a memoir of my adult life organized around my ridiculously large T-shirt collection. Will announce that here when it’s finally ready to go.

Please do. I have saved you as a favorite and also purchased your book “The Mud of the Place” to add to my massive pile of books I want to read.
