I’ve been blocked from posting new comments to the M. V. Times website. Last straw seems to have been my posting a link to “So Long, Tent,” which demonstrated in words and photos that the structure Ben Ramsey built really was temporary, and it didn’t look much like a shed either.

I was blocked also by Doug Cabral…..this newspaper, once the people’s voice, has become one sided and now promotes the views of the editor….it is ironic how they allow racist and biased people to promote their agendas.

You are in esteemed company. I was blocked from posting comments at the Ottawa Citizen just before the last election because I pointed out that the so-called great fiscal manager (Prime Minister Harper) had inherited a surplus and managed to create a $57 billion deficit.

It’s the fighters for justice that get muzzled. Writers of pap do not.

    • Wow. Is the Ottawa Citizen in Harper’s pocket or what?

Writers of pap don’t get muzzled, and neither do bilge-mouthed purveyors of sloppy thinking. That seems to be true on big metropolitan dailies as well as puny small-town weeklies.
